ACE Trust has published Structured Trade for Better Livelihoods, its strategic plan for 2021 to 2026.
The plan identifies four Focus Areas — ACE tailor-made services, trainings and outreach, partnerships and donors, and organisational development — each integral to the improved operation of ACE Trust.
Rather than committing to a fixed list of activities for the next five years, the strategy focuses on improving processes, building organisational efficiencies, and creating an environment flexible enough to respond to challenges and opportunities as they arise.
The plan was produced with the technical and financial support of the GIZ programme More Income and Employment in Rural Areas of Malawi (KULIMA MIERA).
