    Focus Areas Overview

Four intertwined areas forming an organisational change matrix.

    ACE Trust Strategic Plan 2021–2026

    Four Focus Areas, each integral
    to the objectives.

These Focus Areas are intertwined and span all entities in ACE due to the cross-cutting nature of processes, services, and objectives. It is important that they are not viewed in isolation, but as an organisational change matrix that will support ACE in becoming more efficient and effective.
