ACE can only do
so much by itself.
ACE Trust’s partnerships with development partners, government, the private sector, and financial institutions have been instrumental in delivering technical assistance, financing, and scalable agricultural solutions across Malawi.
Partnerships are key to offering the right services and to scaling those up on a national level, to reaching the right clients, and to building trust and long-term relationships in the field. ACE Trust directly implements activities where it is strong, and seeks partnerships where others are stronger.
For a true, efficient, and lasting agricultural industry transformation, all stakeholders must take part. Everyone has a role to play, and ACE strives to be the catalyst for engagement, information, and innovation.
Strategic, not
opportunistic.
- Map actors and projects to identify partners at district and national level.
- Define roles and responsibilities, formalised through MOUs where needed.
- Scope and plan complementary services and joint activities together.
- Engage with rural partner staff through DEC and DAECC meetings.
- Hold regular dissemination meetings for implementation partners and donors.
- Share newsletters, service analysis, case studies, and lessons learned.
